Do you make your beef sticks from start to finish? Yes, our all meat no casing sirloin beef sticks are made by hand.  No auto processing by large machines or mass production which accounts for quantity, not quality.

How long does it take from start to finish to make your beef sticks? From the time we place the beef in the dryer it takes about six hours.

Where does your beef come from? We obtain our sirloin from meat suppliers right here in Wisconsin.  We only use American beef.

Will you be coming out with more flavors?  Yes, we currently focused on our popular original beef sticks taste, but will be making available new flavors for sale right on this website (Buy Now).

Where do you deliver to?  We use Priority mail for most shipping, which includes Priority International mail and FedEx Express, so we can pretty much ship anywhere, excluding PO boxes.

How much protein is packed in a serving?  Our premium natural hickory smoked flavor sticks are packed with 7 grams of protein per serving. Each package nets you roughly 28 grams of protein.

How long do they last?  Your quality sirloin beef sticks are made fresh and should be consumed with in three weeks. Used by date will be noted on package for you.
